Stargate: The Ark of Truth is the second Stargate movie, and the first Stargate SG-1 movie.
After 10 seasons of the sci-fi television hit series the producers decided to finish it with a bang by making a direct-to-dvd film.
The Ark of Truth tells a story of the SG-1 team traveling to the enemies home galaxy in search of an Ancient device
that could stop the war with the Ori - the deadly enemy which was first introduced in season 9 of the series.
